The BGI Breweries Head Office is a 10-storey building with a gross built-up area of 15,000 square meters. It is designed to resemble five articulated planar train cars, with only one seismic joint running from the first floor to the roof of the eighth floor. The building houses a variety of functions, including car parks, offices, meeting rooms, a club lounge, residential apartments, a gym, and a green roof.

The project was completed under a Design, Build & Equip Contract. Elmi Construction was responsible for all aspects of the project, from design to construction to furnishing. This allowed for a more efficient and streamlined process, and resulted in a high-quality building that meets the needs of the client.
