This state-of-the-art facility was completed in 2016 and is the largest of its kind in Africa, with a production capacity of 100,000 meals per day. It was commissioned by Elmi Construction under a Design/Build/Equip- Turn of Key Contract developed in partnership with renowned designers and consultants.

Located on the Ethiopian Airlines premises in Addis Ababa, the facility will ensure that Ethiopian Airlines becomes the key African player in the in-flight catering domain.
