The Heineken Brewing Plant Expansion (Phase 2 & 3) in Kilinto, Ethiopia, was a major undertaking that tripled the capacity of the plant, making it the largest brewery in Ethiopia. Elmi Construction was in charge of all civil works and coordination of all specialists nominated sub-contractors. The two-phase project, which took 14 and 12 months to complete, respectively, was completed in collaboration with LEHUI Group, who was involved in brew house setup and the installation of fermentation and storage tanks.

This project was a significant milestone for Heineken in Ethiopia, and it will help to meet the growing demand for beer in the country.
